These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed by the customer with AYADA on the website ayada-boutique.com

AYADA reserves the right to adapt or modify the general conditions of sale at any time without notice to customers. The customer acknowledges having read the special conditions of sale set out in this document before placing an order. The version of the general conditions which will apply to your order will be the one appearing on the site ayada-boutique.com at the time you place the order.

By accepting these General Conditions of Sale, you confirm that you are over 18 years old or have obtained authorization from your legal representative. You also agree to respect these General Conditions of Sale. You also confirm that you have read the information regarding personal data and that you approve the use of this data.

We sell products in different countries, so these General Conditions of Sale are intended to be applied worldwide.


We may cancel an order if the products ordered are out of stock. We will then refund any amount paid and inform you of the existence of equivalent products if they are available. The products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment corresponding to their sale.


You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal data you provide to us. You are responsible for all purchases made.


The prices displayed on ayada-boutique.com are indicated in € euros. Legal VAT is included, however, depending on your country of residence, VAT may not apply to your purchase. Any change in the legal VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products presented on the site, on the stipulated date. by the implementing decree. These prices do not take into account delivery costs, which will be invoiced to you in addition, and indicated before final validation of the order. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you previously provided to us. If an event prevents us from processing your order, you will be informed directly.

AYADA reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully paid for a previous order, or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.


The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. Packages are shipped three times a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Delivery may sometimes take longer due to domestic issues or concerns with the carrier.

We are not responsible in the event of delay, loss, theft or breakage of your package by the carrier.

We are not held responsible for the consequences due to a delivery delay. In the event of an abnormally long delivery time, the customer can contact after-sales service by email at the following address: ayada.pe@gmail.com so that an investigation can be opened with the carrier. No refunds or can be made before the investigation is closed, this can take between 3 weeks and 1 month. If the carrier sends us a refund, we will give it to you; otherwise, we will not be able to act on an error issued by the carrier.


Any return request must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. If the item you received is defective, ( overlocker threads that stick out, chalk marks, are not defects) Please inform us promptly.

Here are the steps to make a return:

  • Indicate in your email the item(s) to be returned

You will receive an email with all the information necessary to make a return.

Returns are made ONLY via Colissimo, the address is communicated by e-mail. Returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns on the condition that the clothes are in their original conditions, this means that the items must not be damaged, stained, washed, deformed, worn, without traces of makeup and that all labels are still intact and the Items must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is incorrect or missing, we will deduct €1 from the refund amount.

All sale/promotion items cannot be returned or exchanged. End of series and limited collections cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you decide to return an item, the return costs remain your responsibility. We do not reimburse shipping costs. The processing time after receipt of your return is 10 days.

After verification of the item(s), we will reimburse your order in the form of a voucher (delivery and return costs are not reimbursed). A processing fee of €2.50 is retained. In cases where the items have already been worn, are worn or stained, we will not be able to carry out the exchange for the simple reason that these items cannot be offered for sale and the return conditions do not have been respected.


If you choose Mondial Relay, you undertake to collect your parcel within the deadlines provided for therein, any return of parcels due to forgetfulness, negligence or unavailability of the customer will be subject to a processing fee of 5 % of the order amount + €3, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Return processing fees also apply, amounting to €2.50. If you wish to return your order, this remains entirely at your expense.


In the case of occasional hand deliveries offered by the seller, a deposit by transfer is requested, this is not refunded in the event of unavailability or cancellation of the order.

However, the platform's buyer protection fees will not be reimbursed because it is independent of the store, and it is the platforms that collect these fees.
